The Challenges of Hair Growth: A Personal Account

If you’re on a hair care journey like me, you know how exciting it is to hit those milestones! I’ve decided to restart my hair-growing journey and simultaneously tackle shrinkage by cutting off an inch of hair. While that might seem counterintuitive, trimming damaged ends is key to healthy growth.

Here’s the exciting part: my longest strand of hair is still bra strap length—a personal victory! My hair has been growing much more than I realized. I think this growth is likely thanks to my consistent use of SugarBearHair gummies. Despite some shedding, the growth has been impressive.

One major goal of this reset was to address the damage caused by my previous hair dye. By removing those unhealthy ends, my hair feels healthier and better equipped for growth. This reset is about focusing on health. It’s not just about length. I’m excited to see where this journey takes me next. Healthy, thriving hair!
