Do Sugarbear Hair Gummies Really Work? My Surprising Honest Review

Why I Tried Sugarbear Hair Gummies

Sugarbear Hair Gummies have taken Instagram by storm since the beginning of 2016. Everyone seems to be talking about them. But, after trying them, I realized they are not be worth the hype. Here’s my honest review of the product.

The Pros of Sugarbear Gummies

First, let’s talk about the good things. These gummies are small, chewable, and delicious. They’re easy to take, especially if you dislike swallowing large pills. They’re also vegetarian and free from gluten and soy, which makes them appealing for many people.

The Cons of Sugarbear Gummies

Still, there are some downsides. The gummies contain a high amount of sugar. The first two ingredients are glucose syrup and sugar. Although they taste sweet, I found the aftertaste off, especially if I didn’t have them with a meal.

Another issue is that these gummies are labeled as “organic.” Still, they don’t seem to have any ingredients that actually promote hair growth. They lack essential components like MSM.

Why I Bought Sugarbear Gummies?

I decided to try Sugarbear Gummies because I had been dealing with hair loss after dyeing my hair blonde last winter. I wasn’t looking to speed up hair growth, but I wanted to stop the constant hair fall. Since I hate taking large pills, I thought the gummies might offer a quick, convenient solution.

Did They Work?

Did the gummies help with my hair loss? Yes, they did. My hair probably grew a few centimeters, but I didn’t measure it. That wasn’t my main goal. I just wanted to reduce the hair fall, and in that regard, the gummies worked.

Should You Buy Sugarbear Gummies?

Here’s the thing: Instagram is full of influencers marketing products like these. But many of these products haven’t been scientifically proven to deliver results. Sugarbear Hair Gummies are no different. They’re like the “miracle” weight loss pills—temporary fixes. I bought a 3-month supply, but after finishing the first bottle, I realized I didn’t need them. I gave the last bottle to my mom. I returned to taking the large pills I dislike. They give me more noticeable results.

My Advice: Focus on What Works

Instead of relying on trendy products, focus on improving your overall health. Fitness and nutrition play a big role in hair health. People who work on their fitness often see longer, stronger hair in their transformation photos. If you want better hair, emphasize whole-body wellness, good food choices, and a solid multivitamin routine.
