Digital Products
All products sold through AnaPokora.com / Curly Mama Chronicles are digital downloads (ebooks, guides, or printables). Because digital products are delivered instantly, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once your order has been completed.
Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only if:
- You purchased the same product more than once by mistake.
- You experience a technical issue (such as not receiving your download link or being unable to access the file) that we are unable to resolve.
In these rare cases, please contact us at anapokora.business@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase. We’ll review your request and, if approved, issue a refund to your original payment method.
